There is a $100 Non-refundable Deposit: A deposit of $100 is required at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable, meaning it will not be returned regardless of whether the event takes place or not. ​ Remaining Balance: The remaining balance of the service fee will be due and payable upon the services being rendered. This means that the client must pay the full amount for the services at the start of the event. ​ Cancellation Policy: In order to confirm your event a valid credit or debit card is required. If an event is canceled or changed within 48 hours of the scheduled event, or if no one is present upon arrival at the provided address, the client will be billed the full amount. This indicates that the client must pay the full fee if they cancel or change the event within 48 hours of its scheduled time, or if they fail to be present when the service provider arrives. If you are looking to make a reservation the same day of the event, please call first. ​ Rescheduling Policy: If the event is rescheduled within 30 days of the original event, the entire cancellation fee will be used as partial payment for the rescheduled event. This means that if the client decides to reschedule the event within 30 days of the original date, they won't have to pay the cancellation fee again; instead, it will be applied towards the payment for the rescheduled event. ​ Inclement weather: Duck Duck Game Truck was designed for all types of weather conditions. The Game Truck is insulated. It has climate control with heat and air conditioning. In the event of severe weather (lightning, very high winds, flooding and/or extremely heavy rains, snow or ice) we may (and reserve the right to) reschedule your service to guarantee the safety of our guest, staff and equipment. Our policy to potentially reschedule services during severe weather underscores our commitment to prioritizing the well-being of our guests, staff, and equipment.

SUPERVISED CHILDREN: Duck Duck Game Truck prioritizes the safety and supervision of our younger guests. Requiring a parent or responsible adult to be present inside the game truck for parties with guests aged 5 and under ensures that there's adequate supervision in place for the younger attendees. Additionally, having a parent or guardian on the property and within contact of the game coach for guests under 16 further enhances safety protocols, ensuring that someone responsible is readily available if needed. These measures demonstrate Duck Duck Game Truck's commitment to creating a safe and enjoyable experience for all guest.

Duck Duck Game Truck reserves the right to charge a $50 surcharge for parties/events booked on a holiday or during a long weekend.

Surcharge: If services are rendered outside of a 20 mile radius from the 19143 zip code (South West Philadelphia area), there may be a traveling up-charge fee. If services are provided for areas such as King of Prussia, NJ, or Delaware, there will be an additional fee based on mileage. This fee ranges from $50 to $150, depending on the distance traveled.
